1.The material of our rollers adopts 5Cr6MnMo, which is very strong and wear resistant. It is life-long time using, no need to change, only welding and polishing after long time using.
2.Our both rollers are grooved , the crush ability is stronger. While most others use one grooved roller, one smooth roller and they usually adopt cast iron or cast steel for the rollers, so it will be very easy to break.
3.The speed ratios of our rollers is 1:2.5, others are 1:1.30. As we all know, the bigger speed ratio difference is, the bigger friction, and the bigger capacity you get.
Our tire recycling equipment crusher has 8pieces double row long ball rolling bearing. This kinds of operation mode not only greatly reduce the friction and heat of the equipment, improve the work efficien`cy and working life of the equipment, but also reduce the energy loss, save 1/3 power consumption than traditional rubber equipment. For example, producing 1000kg rubber powder, our machine electricity consumption is only 150°-180°, while others' electricity consumption is about 250- 280°.
