Q1. What is your terms of packing?
A: Generally, we pack out goods in containers by iron frame. If you have special requirement we can follow.

A:T/T 30% deposit,70% balance before dispatch from factory.
Q3. How about the logo?
A:We can customize the logo for free as per your request.
Q4. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 7 to 15days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
Q5. Can you produce according to the samples?
A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.
Q6. How to charging the electric car, if there are any notice during the charge?
A: Company will send on charger along with the electric car. The charging will be finish automatically once the battery is full.

A: The whole electric car have 12 months warranty.

Answer: Yes, we customize vehicles as per customer's speical request with reasonable cost and lead time, as long as the customization is not related to the chassis modification.
